How It Works

From selfie to season in three steps.

The same diagnostic sequence a Korean color analyst follows in a studio drape session — undertone, depth, clarity — run by our color engine, built on the 12-tone methodology.

Step one

Upload three photos

A bare-faced photo in daylight, one indoors, and your inner wrist for the classic vein check. Phone selfies are exactly what the system is built for — no camera, no makeup, no prep.

Step two

The 12-tone method runs

Our color engine cross-references all three photos to control for lighting — the reason mirror self-diagnosis fails — and works through the method in order: undertone, then depth, then chroma.

Step three

Get your full analysis

Every analysis runs twice and must agree before you see it. Your season, your palette, your worst colors, and the exact shades to wear — tops, knits, outerwear, the works — on a personal page that's yours to keep.

What You Receive

A studio-grade analysis, not a chatbot answer.

Free tools and mirror guesses get it wrong. We run the actual Korean methodology — undertone, then value, then chroma — verify the result with a second independent pass, and only then build your palette.

Your season, precisely placed

One of 12 Korean tone types — Bright Spring through Bright Winter — with your undertone, depth, and clarity spelled out, and a plain-language explanation of why you landed there.

40+ named colors, with codes

Your best shades as swatches with names and hex codes you can screenshot and take shopping — plus the 8 colors that visibly drain you, so you stop buying them.

Your wardrobe, decoded

Which of your colors to wear near your face, your true neutrals for basics and outerwear, the statement shades worth investing in — and the rack colors to walk straight past.

A personal palette page

Your results live on a private link — dated, beautifully laid out, always available. No login, no app. Share it with your hairstylist or keep it to yourself.

The System

Twelve tones. One is yours.

Western analysis stops at four seasons. The Korean system splits each into three tones by depth and clarity — the difference between a palette that's "close" and one that's exact.

From Palette Pages

What people stop buying.

★★★★★

"I've been told I'm a Winter my whole life. I'm a Soft Autumn. The side-by-side explanation of why black was washing me out genuinely changed how I shop."

Dani · Soft Autumn
★★★★★

"Took it skeptically, screenshot the palette, wore my 'best colors' to a wedding. Three separate people asked if I'd changed something. I changed a sweater."

Marisol · Bright Winter
★★★★★

"The monthly drop is the part I didn't expect to love. It's my colors but re-sorted for actual weather here — I stopped standing in front of the closet every morning."

Jenna · Light Summer
FAQ

Fair questions.

How accurate can an online color analysis really be?

More consistent than a mirror, and built to check itself. We follow the same diagnostic order a trained analyst uses — undertone first, then depth, then chroma — using three photos in different lighting as cross-checks against each other. Every analysis is run twice independently; if the two passes disagree on your season, a third pass arbitrates before you ever see a result. And if it still doesn't feel like you, the 30-day guarantee applies.

What photos do I need?

Three: your face in natural daylight with no makeup and hair pulled back, your face indoors under normal lighting, and your inner wrist (for the vein undertone check). No professional camera needed — a phone selfie is exactly what the system is trained for. Filtered photos are flagged and we'll ask for a retake, because a filter changes the one thing we're measuring.

What happens to my photos?

They're used only to run your analyses. Depending on your package, we may securely keep your photos so your future analyses don't require a re-upload — they're stored encrypted, never shared, and never used for anything else. Want them gone? We'll delete them at your request, any time. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

What's the difference between this and asking a free chatbot?

A general chatbot looks at one photo and guesses in one pass, with no methodology, no lighting control, and famously different answers every time you ask. We run the Korean 12-tone protocol with structured photo requirements and double-pass verification — and deliver a designed palette with named shades and hex codes, not a paragraph.

What is the DIAMOND CLUB?

The DIAMOND CLUB is how your palette stays alive after your analysis. We read the real weather and season where you live and publish new tones to your palette page: which of your colors to lean on right now, outfit formulas, and fabric notes. Everything published stays on your page — it grows into your personal color archive.

Does this work for all skin tones?

Yes — the 12-tone system classifies by undertone, depth, and clarity, which exist across every complexion. The methodology was developed in Korea and we've built and tested the analysis across deep, medium, and fair skin. Depth is one of the three axes we measure, not an afterthought.

Can I buy an analysis as a gift?

Yes. Choose the gift option at checkout and we'll send a beautifully formatted invitation to their email — they upload their own photos whenever they're ready.
